What’s the verdict?
This ranking only gives us a comparative picture of the nutritional value of one food over others. What one lacks in certain nutrients, we will have to compensate with other healthier foods to make sure we have a balanced meal. In the end, there is no one single superfood that is crowned the best!
The key is to eat a balance of highly nutritious foods, that when consumed together, do not contain too much of any one nutrient, to avoid exceeding daily recommended amounts- BBC
